I had a mean-girls esque type of post about aliexpress screens a while back. It wasn’t about aliexpress itself, which we use a lot of, but the screens. I’ve also found a difference in screens and quality (obviously), but within the use of the screens. Specifically, I bought a 5 inch screen to work with a pi3, and it works glorious. The connection could use some work, but the screen itself is great. And the pi 3 is a quick little device, so it works out for the best. No superslow frame rate, etc. So I guess what I’m saying is that make sure you use a device that’s powered for what you want it for. Don’t buy a pipedream. I tend to do that a lot, and I can attest that you should most times be prepared and buy the best that you can. DUH….
