I bought them off ebay for about 11 bucks each. Not a bad deal. After about 20-30 prints, I’ve got them working almost exactly how I want them to. It’s not so bad to setup on the printrbot-the main board has inputs and terminals for the cables. I did need a new power supply, and I was so happy I had a spare computer power supply to use for it. I just needed a few molex adaptors to adjust to the boards connections, and I also bought a molex to usb adaptor to power the octopi I have attached to the printer. Using repetier/octopi to monitor and control the bed is nice, it works well reflecting the temperature-I checked using my thermal imager.

I attached the heated bed using double side outdoor heated tape. It has held up well for 3 months, and if it does need to be replaced, it’ll be relatively easy to pull it off and reset it.

If you have a printrbot and are in need of a heated bed, I would recommend the coolcubes heated bed…so far….so good.
